How Far Did You Travel?
All of the sweet people in the group photo with wheelchairs and/or walkers traveled four hours and left home at 4:30 this morning to come to our mobility clinic. Some had to be carried in because they have no way of walking. But they are going home happy with new wheelchairs and/walkers!!
The surgical teams traveled all the way from the United States by car, plane and bus. They packed very light in order to bring large trunks filled with medical supplies and equipment to make this a successful, safe week for their patients.
Travel is worth every mile when good things are happening at the end.
