Faith In Practice in the Top 1% according to Charity Navigator

Thursday, September 26, 2013

Faith In Practice earned Charity Navigator's 4-star rating for the 9th consecutive year!

Charity Navigator is America's largest independent charity evaluator that provides ratings of the Financial Health and Accountability & Transparency of thousands of charities in the US.

We received the news from Ken Berger, Charity Navigator's President and CEO. In his letter, Mr. Berger states:

"We are proud to announce Faith In Practice has earned our 9th consecutive 4-star rating. Receiving four out of a possible four stars indicates that your organization adheres to good governance and other best practices that minimize the chance of unethical activities and consistently executes its mission in a fiscally responsible way. Only 1% of the charities we rate have received at least 9 consecutive 4-star evaluations, indicating that Faith In Practice outperforms most other charities in America. This “exceptional” designation from Charity Navigator differentiates Faith In Practice from its peers and demonstrates to the public it is worthy of their trust." - Ken Berger
