Dallas/Ft. Worth Women's Luncheon
Friday, March 10, 2017
Yesterday, we held our first ever Dallas/Fort Worth Women’s Luncheon, Fullness of Joy. We were so blessed to see the ballroom of the Trophy Club Country Club filled with volunteers, friends, and guests as we celebrated the women of Guatemala.
Thank you to each one of you who attended this special event. We are especially grateful to Prisila Foss, MD, Maria Mendez, RN, and Debbie Jobe, who shared their hearts with us, reminding us why we continue to serve in Guatemala.
This event would not have been possible without the generosity of Baylor Orthopedic and Spine Hospital at Arlington or the tireless efforts of our event chairs Kathy Cameron, RN and Debra Woolf. We are also thankful for Lucy Parker who sourced the items for and set up our Mercado, and for the Trophy Club Country Club, Joyería del Angel, and Westin Galleria Dallas for donating our wonderful raffle prizes.
As Prisila Foss said, this life-changing medical mission is truly a “miracle mission,” and it transforms each of us as well as the lives of the patients we serve. Thank you for being a part of this “miracle mission.”
Even if you were unable to attend this event, you can still support the extraordinary women of Guatemala by making a donation.
If you live in the Houston area and would like to attend our 10th Annual Women’s Luncheon, you can reserve your place here.
